Terms & Conditions – Playinexch

Thank you for joining us at Playinexch. Our Terms & Conditions apply to anyone who uses our website, mobile app or any of our services. Before creating an account or placing any bets please read them carefully.

These Terms apply to your access to and use of, Playinexch’s betting platform and services. We do not authorize you to use our platform unless you agree with all of the terms.

1. Eligibility to Use Playinexch

  • To register and take part in gambling or betting activity on Playinexch you have to be at least 18 years.
  • You agree that, by registering, you meet the legal age requirement and you comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • It is your sole liability for making sure that online betting is legal in your region. 

2. Account Registration

  • You must give us accurate, complete and up to date information about yourself.
  • Only one account is allowed per user. Suspension or permanent banning may occur with multiple accounts.
  • You need to keep your login details secret. You are held liable for any access to your account without your consent. 

3. Betting and Game Rules

  • The rules for each game or sport stated by Playinexch, applies for all bets.
  • As they are placed, bets cannot be cancelled nor refunded except there is a ratified error or game cancellation.
  • We may void any bets that break with platform integrity and fair play policies. 

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

  • We only accept deposits via approved payment methods available on our platform.
  • Verification checks are required for withdrawals and should take between 24–72 hours.
  • Fraud, bonus abuse or failure to comply with the KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures will be treated as grounds for withdrawal withhold. 

5. Bonuses and Promotions

  • Offers are a bonus and always subject to some terms in the promotion.
  • Promotional offers may not be misused or abused (e.g. having multiple accounts) otherwise the bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited.
  • All bonus funds must be wagered before a withdrawal. 

6. Responsible Gambling

  • At playinexch we believe in practising responsible gambling. Our Responsible Gambling section gives users the ability to set betting limits, self exclude and get support.
  • We will not be responsible for any loss associated with the misuse or excessive betting. Betting should only be for fun. 

7. Account Suspension and Termination

If we detect any of the following while you are using our Services, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account.

  • Fake information used
  • An attempt to commit fraud or collusion.
  • Using bonuses or promotions in an abusive manner
  • Any breach of these Terms & Conditions
  • Automating the gameplay or betting via scripts or bots.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, designs, logos and technology on Playinexch are the exclusive property of Playinexch or its licensors. The unauthorized use, reproduction or redistribution of any part which includes code, images, text and documents, is strictly prohibited.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Playinexch is not liable for the following

  • Account misuse or player errors losses
  • Internet outages or system failures that disrupt services
  • Third party service providers causing delays of transactions
  • Technical errors or hackers attempting to get into the system will result in lost profits or data.

It’s our aim to provide a safe and smooth platform, but we can’t promise you everything will be available all the time.

10. Changes to the Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated or modified at any time by Playinexch. We’ll post updates to the platform and continued use will indicate agreement to the new terms.
